It was a perfect Spring morning, spent with Perth's finest at The Westin Perth. I was lucky enough to experience an intimate Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial Journey matched with a Signature High Tea from Haven Lounge led by Champagne Ambassador Dean O'Reilly. The Haven Lounge is a gorgeous light-filled space featuring classic neutral tones, a high ceiling and for the event, was decorated beautifully with pink balloons, gorgeous florals and a Moët & Chandon champagne tower, of course. We took our seats at the lounge and were firstly educated on how to pronounce Moët properly, "It's mo-wy if you're showy and mo-ette if you know it", then the history of Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial, where it's made and what to pair it with. We were given both the Brut Impérial and the Rosé Impé​rial to compare then, we were treated to a delicious High Tea by The Westin Perth Pastry Checf Kiran Jetti. For the Sweets we enjoyed Lychee and Strawberry Petit Gateâux, Morello Cherry Tart, Moët Rosé Opera Cake, Raspeberry Supreme and Berry Crumble Scones with jam and vanilla cream and for the savoury, I had the vegetarian option which was a tomato, cheese and olive sandwich and a savoury asparagus tart. It was absolutely divine.
